- Get some sleep. Way too many teens wonder why they're "so out of it" when they stay up until 3 every morning.
- Eat healthy. Don't settle for fast food when you can help it.
- Prioritize your priorities. Know when to say "yes" and know when to say "no".
- Limit your starbucks patronage. $50 a month is quite enough.
- Refuse to procrastinate. Unless you enjoy pulling homework all-nighters, plan and act ahead.
- Give your social life a break. Limit your AIM usage to three hours a day.
- Don't live life alone. Remember, to get quality friends, you have to be a quality friend.
- Maintain an organized environment. Why waste time looking for that essay, CD or shirt when you have better things to do?
- Don't ignore your family. Like it or not, they are a BIG part of your life and probably care for you more than you realize.
- Don't live your life to satisfy your peers. You can't possibly meet everyone's expectations, so be yourself!
