10 Keys to a balanced life:

  1. Get some sleep. Way too many teens wonder why they're "so out of it" when they stay up until 3 every morning.
  2. Eat healthy. Don't settle for fast food when you can help it.
  3. Prioritize your priorities. Know when to say "yes" and know when to say "no".
  4. Limit your starbucks patronage. $50 a month is quite enough.
  5. Refuse to procrastinate. Unless you enjoy pulling homework all-nighters, plan and act ahead.
  6. Give your social life a break. Limit your AIM usage to three hours a day.
  7. Don't live life alone. Remember, to get quality friends, you have to be a quality friend.
  8. Maintain an organized environment. Why waste time looking for that essay, CD or shirt when you have better things to do?
  9. Don't ignore your family. Like it or not, they are a BIG part of your life and probably care for you more than you realize.
  10. Don't live your life to satisfy your peers. You can't possibly meet everyone's expectations, so be yourself!
